It literally took me about 5 secs to order my lunch. Just can’t say no to lamb shank. Harbour view hotel’s outdoor area located on the higher floor was impressive. Enjoyed the view and Sydney sun. Slow cooked lamb was equally impressive. I give this place 4 bears

Good basic pub food. Parents and I are visiting from Melbourne and the upstairs outside eating area has a great view of the Harbour Bridge and harbour. Has the feel of the good classic local pub. We ordered the lamb shanks, the harbour burger and the nachos - nachos is a bit disappointing if you're looking for a decadent and cheesy pile of nachos as it came with a few tortilla chips around the side of the plate with the cheese mostly on the ground beef and other toppings. The other meals were simple but good. Don't expect amazing food but it is just good simple Aussie pub food for relatively reasonable prices and the view makes it worth it!

Down at the rocks in Sydney is the Harbour View Hotel, a laid back, unpretentious place for a friendly, casual and good value meal with a heritage feel. Parking is not too hard and it’s easy to book a table. Wine by the glass starts at $7.50 and the Harvey River Shiraz is a generous pour and a good choice.
